Basics of HTML Coding

Hey there, you noob. Want to become a pro at html?

Here is the format of html code!

"<p>Insert Paragraph Here</p>"

The <!DOCTYPE html>> declaration defines this document to be HTML5
The <html> element is the root element of an HTML page
The <head> element contains meta information about the document
The <title> element specifies a title for the document
The <body> element contains the visible page content
The <h1> element defines a large heading
The <p> element defines a paragraph

Those are the codes for you to get started with html.
However, to close any of these links of coding (except !DOCTYPE html),
you'd need to place a less than symbol, a slash, the code you were using, and then a greater than symbol (In that order)
For example: You would close <html> with </html>
